Orion Solutions is working with one of the premier consulting firms in the world. The Internal Audit department is looking to expand by adding a professional with either a CPA or CIA certification. The role allows for a partially remote schedule and has minimal travel. The Audit team is highly accomplished and values developing their team members.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal customers to provide value added services and maintain the Internal Audit group's reputation as trusted advisors
• Perform quarterly financial statement assurance
• Execute financial, operational, and compliance audits
• Utilize data analysis tools to identify risks, evaluate trends, and perform audit procedures
• Assess internal controls within the SOX 404 framework
• Design and executive tests of controls.
• Identify issues and recommend areas for improvement.
• Work with process owners to modify controls to fit business changes
• Support external audit work
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting required, Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of recent public account experience preferred and/or internal audit experience with a publicly traded company
  • Understands GAAP accounting, as well as business processes and controls
  • Strong analytical thinker
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with data analysis software (e.g., ACL) is a plus
