***Remote Senior Accountant up to $100,000 salary + Benefits + PTO ***Private Equity Firm based in Santa Monica is seeking a Senior Accountant to work with a fun team of accounting professionals through their accounting issues and compliance cycles. This position will be an integral part of building out an accounting and reporting team for this highly successful organization. Responsible for a wide variety of accounting functions, the position will report to the Controller and have high visibility to leadership throughout the company. Between the exceptional benefits and growth opportunities, this is truly a position worth pursuing. Fully REMOTE position and will continue to be remote.Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

• Month-end close
• Budgeting, forecasting, and planning analysis
• Hands-on management, leadership, and development of senior and staff employees
• Technical ad hoc accounting
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to the management teamSenior Accountant ---Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • CPA is a plus
  • Experience working in a $200 million revenue company
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience
  • ERP experience
  • Strong excel skills (pivot tables)
