Key Responsibilities:Perform data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of SEO.Research and stay abreast of current industry best practices and trends, develop and maintain digital search best practices, and promote digital search optimization techniques. In collaboration with Sales manager, develop and execute marketing campaigns utilizing Email marketing software (MailChimp/Drip)Manage the process for reporting performance metrics to the Sales and Marketing team and relevant stakeholdersManage and optimize email templates; improve email process and efficiencyDrive mobile design and innovation; ensure emails are viewable on mobile devicesContinuously test, analyze and optimize emails and content to increase open rates, click through rates and other key email marketing metricsResponsible for project management and managing calendar/schedules for email campaigns. Communicates schedules to all participants and keeps mailings on scheduleMonitoring and troubleshooting email deliverabilityDevelop and execute an effective social media strategy across all channels to grow brand awareness and build a strong social communityCreate and amplify a consistent brand image and voice across all social media channelsResearch and create visual content as needed i.e.. Case studies, photos and videos. Collaborate as needed on creative strategies and implementation.Provide monthly social media performance reports focused on data and learningsCreate monthly social calendar of relevant events and initiatives and build strategies and opportunities for collaborations and partnerships when possibleCollaborates to develop marketing strategies with Sales and Marketing Manager and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.Tracks sales data and works with Sales and Marketing Manager to meet quotas and sales team goalsMaintain inventory of event equipment, merchandise, supplies, etc.Must be willing to travel up to 15%.Why This Role Is ImportantEmail Marketing: Develop and distribute regularly scheduled and ad hoc promotional emails. Recommend strategies to expand the size and level of engagement for opt-in mail lists via MailChimp.Messaging: Copy, edit, all messaging to ensure overall accuracy and consistency. Balance business objectives, stakeholder demands, and trending topics with customer expectations to deliver an impactful and meaningful message.Reporting and Accountability: Report on key metrics associated with their work areas on a scheduled basis.Special Projects: Will be asked to contribute to and support additional strategic marketing initiatives as they emerge.Organic Social Media: Support organic social media presence, recommend strategy, and lead execution on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Active in social media engagement, listening, and monitoring.Wondering if you're the right fit...Does this describe you?Provide project management support with a friendly and caring demeanorComplete all projects in a timely manner to meet deadlinesProof all deliverables for correct content and ensure they comply with brand standards.Able to plan and prioritize while focusing on detail orientation and effective time management.Adhere to all internal procedures for completing projectsMake recommendations based on upcoming community checklist, social media schedules, and weekly meetingsAssist with research opportunitiesAttend trade events and travel as necessaryApplies creative problem-solving to address business needs and issuesAble to work with teammates among multiple departmentsAs a self-starter, take on additional responsibilities as neededWhen speaking and writing, uses appropriate grammar, organizes ideas clearly, and articulates ideas conciselyRequirementsThe successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred3-5 years experience working in marketing within a B2B setting, preferably with a focus on real estate services or SAAS preferred.Working knowledge of deliverability, email analytics, CAN-SPAM, triggered campaigns, overall email best practices, and segmentationExperience with designing and executing A/B testsAbility to write optimized messages for different audiences, ensuring a 'Ecustomer first' approach.Experience with telling a story using words, images, and/or video and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audienceSolid knowledge of tools for website analytics (Google Analytics), email marketing (MailChimp & Drip), marketing automation & attribution, paid program management (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads), and SEO (Ahrefs)Results oriented and analytical, able to establish measurable objectives and quantify the success of marketing programs (pipeline, ROI and other relevant KPIs)Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementMust be vaccinated for COVID-19 for tradeshow and conference travelBased in the United StatesBenefitsThis is a Salaried - Exempt position.
