Job Description:
The Huffines Director of Digital Marketing is an integral member of the corporate management team in assisting general managers and leadership at all departments in each location. Responsible for the passionate and continuous pursuit of delivering engaging, accurate, and relevant digital marketing strategies and tactics to drive opportunities and positive brand awareness for Huffines' automotive businesses.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with executive leadership and dealership general managers to provide strategic digital marketing direction for retail and fixed operations for all Huffines brands
Provide in-dealership digital marketing consultation to leadership and other team members
Utilize analytics to evaluate website traffic and leads and allow access to analytics/reports as needed
Conduct frequent audits relevant to user experience, functionality, and product merchandising of dealer websites
Maintain content and information on social media and other online listing platforms
Assist in internal marketing efforts as it relates to sponsorships, recruiting, and other misc. activations
Stay current and implement the latest digital marketing trends as it is relevant to the organization
Manage, vet, and maintain key vendor and OEM relationships
Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in Automotive Dealership Digital Marketing and Design , implementing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, lead generation, search marketing and web analytics
Google Analytics and AdWords certified
Proven SEO/SEM experience - particularly Google
Strong understanding of website analytics and tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
Knowledge of design applications and an eye for creative
Familiarity with CRM applications and lead management a plus
Working knowledge of vehicle inventory syndication tools (vAuto, Homenet, etc.) preferred
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Excellent time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Proven executive presentation skills
