Responsibilities: Drive website engagement and customer experience
by measuring and improving conversion of visitors to ecommerce
sales and/or measurable leads to the sales force. Planning and
execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email,
social media and display advertising In collaboration with search
and cross-functional teams, ideate and execute best-in-class paid
search campaigns efficiently utilize the large capital investment
made in this arena Measure and report performance of all digital
marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Work
with analytics platforms and testing tools to continually optimize
the customer experience to drive growth. Actively seek new ways of
using existing technologies, improve business processes, and
evaluate new technologies to drive growth. Collaborate with
internal and external advertising, creative, content, and technical
partners to ensure a cohesive customer experience and optimal
marketing program. Design & execute cohesive overall advertising /
engagement strategy to drive customer growth, sales in owned B2B/
B2C eCommerce channels Manage and support the SEO specialist
Willingness to become a subject matter expert of what we sell
(desire to push lighting over just widgets) Key Metrics for
Success: Revenue and margin growth Improved engagement numbers on
site visits, clicks, add to cart across all advertising layers
Marketing and sales-qualified lead growth Customer satisfaction
(NPS or similar) continuous improvement with web experience
Qualifications: Strong understanding of Google Shopping Ads and
their proper set up Deeply familiar with Google Ads, Google
Merchant Center and Google Analytics Familiarity with Microsoft
Advertising and general knowledge of other platforms Understanding
of social media opportunities, video advertising and other areas
where engagement might be pursued Excellent Microsoft Excel skills,
with ability to run own analysis and manage data driven decision
programs. Demonstrable skills in working with a remote-based team,
able to build relationships and manage projects with limited
in-person opportunity. Salary range is 80 -120 depending on
experience
