Loan Specialist in Garland, TX . This is a Temp to Hire position
that is 100% in office. If you're a motivated, a computer savvy
individual with a skills for customer service and a desire to grow,
we want to hear from you! Position Summary: As a Bilingual Loan
Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice guiding customers through
the loan process—from application to funding and follow-up. You’ll
play an important role in ensuring a smooth and positive client
experience. Schedule and Pay: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Saturdays : 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM (rotating) Pay:
$17 (pay depends on experience) Key Responsibilities: Assist
customers with loan applications and verify required documentation
Present loan options following underwriting approval Guide
customers through contract signing online or by phone Make
collection calls to encourage timely payments Promote services and
educate customers on credit-building opportunities Perform data
entry, manage inbound/outbound calls, and maintain filing systems
Process applications with thorough verification Be cross-trained to
support to the team What We’re Looking For: Fluent in Spanish and
English Strong communication skills Detail-oriented and highly
organized Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
Comfortable using technology to assist customers Eager to learn and
improve Spanish vocabulary and loan knowledge Experience in
customer service, collections, or finance, preferred Timely and
