You are passionate and ambitious about blockchain and want to make the maximum impact and get rewarded. You follow best practices in software development and have high work standards. You are open, responsible, and willing to help others.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience developing, scaling, and supporting Back End services in production
• Proficient in Golang
• Familiar with applying CI/CD pipeline and building test-net
• Great oral + written communication skilled
• Good understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and parallel processing, web services, distributed systems, and scalability challenges.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, test-driven, collaborative, and iterative environment.
• Obsesses about the user and guides decision-making with the user in mind.
• Gives and receives frequent feedback with grace and courtesy.
• Passionate about shipping code and seeing those bits run in production.Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in blockchain layer-1 development
  • Currently developing Go-based web services and working with scalable microservices architectures.
  • Experience working with AWS, Cassandra, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Redis.
  • Experience with containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Bonus Points
    • Development experience with Tendermint and Cosmos SDK, or a contributor to them
    • Experience in working with crypto exchanges
