The Service Technician will devise a repair plan, secure the necessary components with the Parts Department, and team up with management and other technicians to confirm efficient and effective service. Install new equipment or systems and perform routine maintenance to guarantee optimal performance of the customer's vehicles. Assist customers to understand their needs, explain diagnoses, and provide solutions to ensure service satisfaction. The Service Technician will trouble shoot and resolve issues effectively. Document the repair and maintenance work performed. The Service Technician will note concerns encountered and create a detailed service report. Employee Prerequisites: Streamlined onboarding process Ability to comprehend and interpret documentation; communicate effectively. Strong understanding and knowledge of vehicle mechanics, equipment and systems, and technology operations. Certifications, Licenses, and local registrations are essential! Pay based on experience!
