Job Description Job Description Estimator About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Estimator to support large scale wood framed multifamily and mixed use projects across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. This role is central to preconstruction planning, early cost strategy, and producing accurate bids on ground up wrap, podium, and garden style developments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full estimating process from conceptual budgets to GMP proposals Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns for all divisions Analyze drawings, specifications, and addenda to identify scope gaps and risks Coordinate with preconstruction team, ownership groups, architects, and engineers Develop value engineering options and align pricing with project goals Maintain historical cost data and market pricing intelligence Support handoff to operations and track design changes through preconstruction Qualifications: 5 years estimating experience in multifamily or commercial construction Strong understanding of wood framed construction, including wrap and podium Ability to interpret full plan sets and evaluate constructability Proficient with estimating software and Excel Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple active estimates in a fast paced environment Why This Opportunity: Join a high volume builder with more than 18000 units completed over 20 years Work with a seasoned preconstruction leadership team managing billions in annual estimating volume Influence project feasibility early and help drive successful outcomes across the project lifecycle Long term growth potential in a proven, relationship driven construction environment - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
