Engineer Job Description We are seeking an Automation & Controls
Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity
to gain hands-on experience in controls engineering while working
on exciting projects that make an immediate impact. You will be a

package. Responsibilities Design, program, and troubleshoot PLCs,
including Allen-Bradley, AutomationDirect, and some Omron/Siemens
systems. Develop and support HMI interfaces for custom-built
machinery. Create and review electrical panel designs using AutoCAD
Electrical. Collaborate with maintenance and technical teams to
ensure safe and effective implementation. Conduct risk assessments
and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Support equipment
installations and retrofits across multiple projects. Essential
Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related
field. Experience or academic exposure to PLCs and automation.
Strong troubleshooting and programming skills. Proficiency in
AutoCAD Electrical and control system design. Additional Skills &
Qualifications Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on
environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Work
Environment The work environment is located in a 100-year-old
building constructed from cement, currently undergoing
modernization. The position requires on-site work from Monday to
Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract
to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX. Pay and Benefits The
pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
