Customer Success ManagerLexipol is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success - Media team, which manages digital advertising campaigns for a wide variety of media sponsors. A post-sales function, the team supports revenue by ensuring advertiser campaigns are optimized, performing well, and continually drive business value - above and beyond expectations. You'll work closely with customers - including top brands such as Motorola and Verizon - to discover their business needs and challenges and then optimize their marketing programs to best address them.An ideal candidate is experienced in digital media marketing, hyper-organized, comfortable analyzing data/trends, and a highly effective communicator. You collaborate well across internal teams and are comfortable expanding your role parameters as needed to get the job done. And above all, you are skilled at earning the trust of customers by displaying an understanding of their products and business needs.Responsibilities:Manage post-sale initial onboarding, with a hands-on approach to campaign setup and a focus on making the process as easy as possible for the clientTrack account health to identify cancellation risk and actively work to eliminate that risk via creative solutionsProvide highly-responsive product, technical and creative supportGenerate and secure upsell and renewal programsDrive resolution of customer concerns and provide feedback to Sales and/or Product teamsAnalyze campaign performance metrics and develop recommendations based on dataProvide client training to improve utilization of campaign elements and use reporting features, including our sponsor dashboard detailing program performanceContribute to the improvement and scalability of the Customer Success team through documentation and process optimizationMaintain a system for organizing all client deliverables and ad placement dates, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and the program runs to scheduleIn addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, contribute to internal product discussions, identifying product issues and translating customer performance and feedback into actionable insights and feature ideasQualifications:Minimum of 3 years experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager at a digital media or SaaS companySuperlative written and verbal communication skillsEnthusiasm for creative problem-solvingMaster at multitasking, with ability to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously with outstanding attention to detailComfort collaborating with both technical and business teams, with ability to influence product, success, support, and sales teams to get things doneSuperb client-facing skills and understanding of how to convey enthusiasm, energy, poise, and confidence in client communicationsComfort working with various formats of digital ad content, from banners to webinars to email blasts and beyondGood technical skills and experience with Photoshop and basic HTMLUnderstanding of online advertising and marketing, including pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPL)You have a BA/BS degreeDomain knowledge of public safety and/or local government is a plusPosition Details:Located in Plano, TXFull-time salary position with bonus opportunitiesCompany benefits including health care, dental, retirement and paid time offAbout Lexipol:Lexipol is the nation's leading content, policy and training platform for public safety and local government, enabling first responders and leaders to better protect their communities and reduce risk.
