Job DescriptionPatient Care
Manager-GarlandResponsibilitiesSupervision, orientation, mentoring,
developing and on-going evaluation of all patient care staff who
are engaged in the delivery of care.Assures compliance with agency
policies and procedures, state and federal laws, regulations and
accreditation standards.Participation in the Manager on-call
rotationAssist with talent acquisition to ensure adequate staffing
is maintainedCoordinate and facilitate IDT meetingsAssist with
quality assurance and performance improvement
effortsQualificationsAssociates Degree in Nursing; Bachelors
preferredValid RN Texas LicenseCHPN preferredAt Least 2-years
Hospice Experience (required)At least 1-year of People Management
experienceValid Texas Driver's License and Proof of Auto
