Patient Care Manager-Garland
Responsibilities
Supervision, orientation, mentoring, developing and on-going
evaluation of all patient care staff who are engaged in the
delivery of care.
Assures compliance with agency policies and procedures, state and
federal laws, regulations and accreditation standards.
Participation in the Manager on-call rotation
Assist with talent acquisition to ensure adequate staffing is
maintained
Coordinate and facilitate IDT meetings
Assist with quality assurance and performance improvement
efforts
Qualifications
Associates Degree in Nursing; Bachelors preferred
Valid RN Texas License
CHPN preferred
At Least 2-years Hospice Experience (required)
At least 1-year of People Management experience
Valid Texas Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance
