Job Description:
For 40 years, Superclean has provided industry-leading cleaning
services to our partners in chain retail, restaurant, and
commercial facilities across the United States and Canada. Our
focus on proactive quality control, customer relationships, field
management, training, and rapid reaction to problems when they do

industry.Customer Service Account Manager key responsibilities
include but are not limited to:* Engage with clients, understand
their needs, and become exceptionally familiar with their service,
Service Level Agreement, locations, culture, and the key members of
their client's Facilities Management team.* Develop long-term
relationships with client's key management through regular
communication and reporting.* Receive calls/emails from clients and
respond to requests, schedule requested services, and provide
timely answers or solutions.* Act as a liaison between clients and
internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of
scope of work and financial solutions according to customer needs.*
Identify and provide recommendations regarding service
coordination, service delivery and internal practices and
processes* Responsible for cultivating relationships with
contractors and providing timely notification and action of
contractor corrective action* Point of contact to verify and audit
billing of client and payment of contractors* Learn and utilize
internal software specific to our industry to enable you to execute
work on time and within budget, and to oversee your team's
productivity and on-going training, ensuring data input accuracy
and timeliness.* Engage with emergency service or service issues
and manage the resolution until completion and client
satisfaction.* Participate in the weekly on-call rotation, handling
after-hours emergencies.RequirementsThe successful candidate will
possess:* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based
on customer needs* A strong background in customer service and
dispute resolution.* Public speaking experience.* Strong
interpersonal skills.* Excellent organizational and time management
skills.* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.* Strong written
and verbal communication skills.* Strong computer skills; Microsoft
Excel, Word & Outlook.* Energetic and maintain a positive
attitude.* Polished and professional demeanor.COVID-19
considerations:To keep our employees safe, we have implemented a
temporary remote policy that will apply to this position. After
3-weeks of onsite training with social distancing guidelines, this
role will work from home until it's determined offices are safe to
reopen.
