Job Description

  • Contributes to the strategy, design & execution of Medable's account management & partnership governance program
  • Owns the execution of the account management & governance administration for a subset of strategic partners/clients
  • Works with partner/client leadership to effectively implement Medable's governance program tailored to specific partner/client needs
  • Identifies & implements impactful work-streams focused on the execution of strategic initiatives
  • Establishes & leads the execution of regular strategic & executive level committee meetings
  • Works with partners & clients to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with cross functional Medable teams to lead continuous improvement initiatives and study development standards
  • Defines key performance indicators to effectively measure partner/client success & work with cross functional teams to produce metrics to support strategic & executive level committee meetings.
  • Partners with cross functional teams inclusive of customer success, product management, sales, partnerships & others to drive effective partnership strategies with a focus on standardizing engagement, managing strategic initiatives & growing Medable's partner/client wallet share
  • Leads cross functional teams to implement partner/client specific account teams designed to efficiently drive account growth
  • Partners with Sales to develop partner/client profiles and support the effort to identify & win new business opportunities
  • Develops expertise of Medable's digital trial platform to effectively strategize on project & portfolio level opportunities
  • Develops expertise of Medable's portfolio of offerings to effectively convey information to & make partners & clients aware of other services & solutions that may lead to extended benefits
  • Maintains knowledge of market trends & competitor actions that may lead to a competitive advantage for Medable
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in depth knowledge of Medable, Medable's subcontractors, and Medable's products and services
  • Drives the overall operation success of assigned accounts
  • Drives escalation mitigation plans, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
    • 6+ years of experience in client/account management or a combination of education and experience
    • Direct client/account management experience in clinical trials
    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
    • Experience working with C-level clients and across entire organizations
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously in a fast paced environment
    • Desire to take ownership of all client issues and concerns
    • Deliver great client service and communicate timely and effectively
    • Flexibility to work collaboratively with co-workers
    • Strong Project Management Skills
    • Be proactive and remain current with Clinical Trials initiatives to keep the client ahead of the curve
    • Proven and successful track record in establishing strong and long- term consumer relationships, being able to retain the highest-value relationships
      Minimum Level of Education:
      • Bachelor's Degree
        Preferred Degree/Certification:
        • Master's Degree
          Software Skills:
          • Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CTMS, EDC system, eCOA
