Omnicell Sr. Content Marketing Manager Sales Enablement content
development The Senior Content Marketing Manager is primarily
responsible for development of content across all marketing
channels to support sales engagement and drive lead conversion
activities, as well as development of high-quality materials to
support campaign and new product launch plans. The person in this
role will develop captivating content that enhances our brand voice
and aligns with the company---s strategy. This role will work
collaboratively with marketing stakeholders in developing narrative
projects, which including: core story, solutions messaging, brand
messaging, and all deliverables that touch our target audience and
financial community. This strategic and creative writer has the
unique skills to formulate and organize high-level, often
technical, ideas and concepts into a simple structure and creative
story flow. The right candidate will be very comfortable working
directly with internal teams and external vendors, as well as
having natural collaborative chemistry. Key Responsibilities
Develop content strategies and plans to assist in establishing
positioning statements and messaging strategies for marketing
campaigns and product launches Establish standards and support the
process of crafting messaging statements for marketing campaigns
and product launches Develop, draft, and edit short- and long-form
content including ebooks, brochures, infographics, whitepapers,
newsletter, flyers, guides, blogs, social media posts, video
scripts, print and digital ads, email and landing page copy Create
headlines, taglines, messaging statements, narratives, campaign
copy, and clear CTAs to support marketing campaigns and product
launches Identify creative ways to repurpose various content for
marketing purposes Understand principles of writing for the web,
including search engine optimization and search engine marketing
Work collaboratively in a team environment composed of Product
Marketing, Field Marketing Managers, Designers, Marketing
Operations, and Digital Marketing, along with external agencies and
contractors to help build whole story communications for inbound
and outbound campaigns and programs Key Skills Required:
Demonstrated writing skills, with focus on clear, concise
communications to target audience Excellent communication skills,
both written and verbal, with demonstrated success in creating and
delivering effective sales enablement content Proven ability to
translate a value proposition and business goals into compelling
narrative. Ability to form, maintain, and lead productive
cross-functional working teams toward successful project outcomes
on deadline Proven ability to set a strategy, influence buy in from
multiple stakeholders and activate for flawless execution against a
plan. Basic Qualifications Bachelor---s degree 7 years of
experience as a creative writer/storyteller utilizing multiple
digital marketing channels Preferred Qualifications Healthcare
related experience B2B companies Work Conditions Office Environment
