To learn more, visit Position Summary The Manager of Demand Generation leads the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture, and nurture leads across multiple channels. This role is responsible for programs to generate, and nurture leads via events, digital advertising, SEM/SEO, and email marketing. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications and working closely with cross-functional teams, the Manager of Demand Generation will design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue. The Manager of Demand Generation executes the Marketing operational budget to align with goals and drive optimal performance. The role provides support and effective execution of campaigns using data and reporting to evaluate effectiveness and performance identifying corrective actions as needed. Interlace Health is headquartered in St. Louis, MO. Employees in the Greater St. Louis area will have the option to work out of our newly remodeled office space. However, we are open to hiring in any city/state with access to a major airport. We currently employee individuals in over 20 different states Core Responsibilities : Conceptualizes on in-person/virtual events and digital channels including website, SEM/SEO, paid search, display, retargeting, and email marketing including engagement, nurturing, personalization, process development, and integration opportunities. Utilizes Pardot and Salesforce to develop and optimize reporting and dashboards using industry benchmarks, historical data, and performance goals to deliver constructive and analytical feedback to foster continued improvement across all channels. Assists in developing and manages annual Marketing Budget tracking forecast to actuals. Identifies, implements, and optimizes repeatable and scalable customer acquisition and wallet share programs through customer segmentation and retention strategies. Seeks out and tests new marketing channels and avenues. Serves as main point of contact for third-party agency partners to ensure successful execution and project management driving to goals, timelines, and results. Manages the Marketing technology stack, including setup, onboarding, maintenance and governance (Pardot, Salesforce, Definitive Healthcare, WordPress, etc.). Effectively communicates marketing activity both internally and externally through various platforms (Shared calendars, Yammer, Asana, website, etc.). Desired Background Bachelor---s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 5 years of demand generation experience Extensive experience in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation software; Pardot and Salesforce preferred Working knowledge of content management system; WordPress preferred Willingness to travel to Interlace Health events, approximately 10 --- 20% travel. Must be self-motivated, articulate, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
