Job Description
The Business Development (BD) team plays a critical role in
executing and accelerating our Product roadmap and strategy. The BD
team is responsible for driving new member growth, engagement and
activation of existing members, and monetization opportunities on a
global basis. We do so by articulating partner strategies,
identifying and executing the right deals, and managing
partnerships and strategic initiatives, in collaboration with
cross-functional teams.
We believe that Creators are crucial to the LinkedIn ecosystem and
central to LinkedIn's mission of connecting the world's
professionals to make them more productive and successful. We also
believe that LinkedIn has a unique opportunity in shaping the
Creator Economy across all of its products. We're looking for a
Business Development Manager to help build and scale a
Creator-centric partner strategy across LinkedIn. This individual
will have the opportunity to be a key member of a team that drives
growth, engagement, and monetization via identifying, executing,
and managing partnerships and strategic initiatives. The ideal
candidate is passionate about LinkedIn's vision, is able to develop
a deep understanding of LinkedIn's products and services, is
results-oriented, and will have a strong interest or experience in
the Creator Economy.
