  • Mentoring and managing the performance of approximately 10 direct reports as well as growing the team
  • Organizing and managing timelines, which includes collaborating with BA, QA and development teams
  • Contributing to code reviews, architecture decisions and process improvements
  • Most importantly, ensuring our fun and open culture is preservedMUST HAVE, experience with
    • Software engineering background with a strong working knowledge of web development using the Microsoft Stack
    • Proven experience leading a teamFOR REMOTE, MUST HAVE
      • Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection
