This role will allow you to work from anywhere in the US. -How You'll Help Us Connect the World. Reporting to our VP of Service Provider Sales - North America, this role is responsible for driving the strategy and operational elements of the CommScope engagement into the T3 Telco market. You will lead a sales team in driving the Revenue and Profitability of CommScope with the T3 customer segment. -Here, this role will create, lead and initiate the CommScope strategic market plan, and own the forecast, preparing and presenting executive updates to the CommScope business leads and executive team. You will develop and maintain executive-level relationships with multiple T3 Customers. -As a manager of other direct sales people as well as Manufactures Representatives this person will be required to provide leadership and career development mentorship to employees within their organization. The RVP of sales will apply their engagement skills and ability to maintain executive relationships to drive cross-functional alignment with business units, operations, and corporate functions within CommScope. We will look to you to understand and articulate CommScope's strategy, value proposition, and solutions. -Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • A completed Bachelor's Degree with 15 years of experience in telecommunications sales leadership.
  • 10 years of experience leading a customer-facing sales team targeting T3 Customers.
  • Strong technical understanding of customer network core and access architectures and ability to correlate this back to CommScope's solutions while being able to articulate the value proposition to the customer.
  • Strong understanding of the T3 Ecosystem including channels that service the market.
  • Understanding of working relationship with Manufacturers Representatives
  • Innovative leadership capabilities with the resourcefulness to deliver results, inspire change and build and empower a team with multifaceted strengths.
  • Comfortable in presenting technology solutions to all levels ranging from customer engineers to C-level executives.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy in a way that encourages and motivates with focused intention.
