Job Description:

The Manager, Pricing and Business Development will lead team of Pricing Coordinators responsible for deal implementation and expiration monitoring. The individual will need to build strong working relationships with cross functional teams; Sales, Pricing, Rebates, etc., to ensure key economic terms and conditions are implemented accurately. Oversee tasks that include managing the entire deal lifecycle of a customer, from the initial onboarding to the drafting of pricing terms, through to the implementation and ultimately agreement expirations. Key Responsibilities Drive process efficiencies, build strong cross functional relationships, and clear team obstacles Develop and maintain performance management tools to track effectiveness of the team Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities Set and manage team priorities, meet deadlines, and accomplish team objectives Establish, maintain, and ensure the use of SOPs Drive and support system initiatives Minimum Requirements ---Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 6 years of professional experience and 0-2 years of supervisory experience. Critical Skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated results orientation and follow-through Proven effectiveness as a creative problem solver Ability to develop relationships with business partners Ability to challenge conventional approaches and think outside the box Highly motivated self-starter: ability to initiate and manage projects with minimal supervision Technical aptitude (Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Power Point; Business Objects, SAP, Salesforce & Snowflake) Additional Knowledge & Skills Advanced knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems Experience in business-to-business pricing; pharmaceutical industry experience a plus Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Physical Requirements General office demands At McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people.
