We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Mechanical
Contractor's Quality Control (QC) Manager to join our dynamic team.
The QC Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our
mechanical construction projects meet the highest standards of
quality. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a strong
background in mechanical contracting and quality assurance, we

Key Responsibilities:1.Quality Control Oversight:---Develop,
implement, and maintain quality control procedures and processes to
ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications,
and regulatory requirements.---Schedule and conduct regular
inspections and audits of mechanical installations to identify and
address quality issues promptly.---Collaborate with project
managers, engineers, and subcontractors to establish and monitor
quality objectives.---Provide guidance and oversight to QC
technicians working under your supervision.---Develop and maintain
a complete understanding of the project scope and requirements as
outlined in the project's specifications, drawings, and other
contract documents.
2.Document Management:---Maintain comprehensive records of all
quality control activities, including inspection reports,
non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.---Ensure that
all project documentation related to quality control is accurate,
up-to-date, and easily accessible to project stakeholders.
3.Training and Education:---Provide training and guidance to
project personnel on quality control processes, procedures, and
best practices.---Promote a culture of quality awareness and
continuous improvement throughout the organization.
4.Supplier and Subcontractor Coordination:---Collaborate with
suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that materials, equipment,
and workmanship meet specified quality standards.
5.Client Engagement:---Interface with clients and owners to address
quality-related concerns, answer questions, and provide updates on
quality control initiatives.
