Benefits*Job Summary*As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Inpatient
Rehab unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality
patient care through a professional nursing practice model. You
will assess patient conditions, identify healthcare needs, develop
care plans, and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with
interdisciplinary teams. You will play a key role in patient
education, safety, and advocacy throughout the care
continuum.*Essential Functions** Conduct thorough clinical
assessments and prioritize patient care based on findings* Develop,
implement, and revise individualized care plans based on patient
needs and goals* Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships
with patients and families* Provide health education to patients,
families, and community members* Collaborate with colleagues and
interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care* Delegate
tasks appropriately and ensure timely follow-up* Advocate for
patients and apply critical thinking to resolve clinical issues*
Maintain professionalism, respect patient confidentiality, and
uphold nursing ethics* Participate in team-based initiatives,
support peers development, and contribute to community
service*Qualifications** Valid RN license* Previous experience in
rehabilitation nursing is preferred* BLSJob Type: Full-timePay:
