Nurse (RN) with stepdown care experience in Garland, TX. This role
focuses on providing specialized nursing care to patients
transitioning from intensive care units to regular medical-surgical
units, ensuring continuity and quality of care during this critical
recovery phase. Responsibilities include monitoring patient vital
signs, administering medications, coordinating with healthcare
teams, and implementing care plans for patients in a stepdown or
progressive care setting. Strong clinical judgment and the ability
to manage complex patient needs are essential for success in this
role. This position will require working the evening to night shift
from 7 PM to 7 AM. Qualifications: - Current RN license in the
state of Texas. - Experience in stepdown or progressive care unit
nursing. - Ability to assess and respond to changing patient
conditions. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification required. Schedule: - 7 PM to 7 AM
