Required Skills: Valid medical license with specialization in
Radiation Oncology Proven experience in delivering high-quality
radiation therapy Strong knowledge of current oncology treatment
protocols and technologies Excellent communication and
interdisciplinary collaboration skills Ability to work efficiently
both independently and within a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have
Skills: Experience with advanced radiation delivery systems (e.g.,
IMRT, SBRT, proton therapy) Prior participation in clinical
research or trials Familiarity with electronic medical records
(EMR) systems Bilingual proficiency is a plus Preferred Education
and Experience: Upon hiring, a medical degree (MD or DO) with
postgraduate training in Radiation Oncology Minimum of 2 years of
related clinical experience preferred, but newly licensed
physicians are encouraged to apply Other Requirements: Flexible
scheduling to accommodate patient needs (shift details not
specified) Willingness to travel if required for conferences,
training, or collaborative meetings Certification by the American
Board of Radiation Oncology (ABRO) or equivalent Must possess or be
eligible for state licensure and relevant certifications This is a
