Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting K-12 students in a school setting located in Dallas, TX. The role is a full-time contract position, with an expected duration from ASAP through May 22, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress. Work closely with school staff to support positive behavioral outcomes. Maintain compliance with district policies and BACB standards. Qualifications: Current National Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through BACB is required. Experience working with K-12 students preferred. Ability to work on-site full-time. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Location: On-site position in the Dallas, Texas area. Schedule and Caseload: 37.5 hours per week, full-time. Caseload details and assigned school site to be confirmed.
