This position offers the opportunity to work across a dynamic network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health settings, aiding in our mission to provide high-quality, compassionate care. Our Physical Therapists play a critical role in helping patients regain independence after illness, surgery, or debilitating injury. Assess patient condition by conducting physical examinations; identifying physical dysfunctions; developing treatment plans. Implement techniques for pain management, mobility restoration, prosthetic/orthotic use, and overall functional enhancement. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching and counseling patient, friends, and family and reinforcing their understanding of disease, medications, and self-care skills. Provide therapeutic services & interventions in line with clinical best practices and standard operating procedures. Expertise in physical therapy modalities and diagnostic tools Ability to handle physical workload and manual dexterity for handling therapy equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Skills in documentation and medical software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR certification recommended
