(PCU) Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: December 16, 2025
Location: Dallas, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio, 4
weekend shifts per 4-week schedule Highlights: 24-bed Progressive
Care Unit specializing in cardiac, vascular, and post-surgical
patients Diverse case mix including post-CABG, LVAD, TAVR, vascular
surgery, and interventional cardiology procedures EMR system:
Meditech; equipment includes Baxter IV pumps, Hillrom beds, iMobile
technology, and telemetry monitoring Opportunity to perform and
assist with bedside procedures such as paracentesis, thoracentesis,
and PICC line insertion May float to Medical-Surgical/Telemetry or
Orthopedic units as needed Professional dress code includes royal
blue scrubs Requirements: Active RN license in the state of Texas
BLS and ACLS certifications required Experience with cardiac drips
including Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, Cardene, and Cardizem
(mandatory) Minimum 6 months of Progressive Care Unit experience
preferred Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate
