The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides
specialized care for patients with life-threatening conditions,
utilizing their expertise in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilated
patient care, and post-CABG care. Responsibilities: Provide nursing
care for high-acuity patients in the ICU. Utilize ECMO, heart
transplant, CABG, and a variety of equipment. Perform documentation
using Meditech and participate in bedside shift reports. May float
to other ICUs or PCUs depending on volume and acuity. Requirements:
2 years ICU experience. Active Texas RN License (Temp license not
accepted). BLS and ACLS certifications. Advanced skills in
hemodynamic monitoring and post-CABG care. Meditech electronic
