Manager /OT/PT/PTA/ATC/PT tech/Lead PT Tech Job Summary The Rehab
Clinic Manager is responsible for providing direct patient care and
ensuring exceptional experience, while managing key clinical
metrics and holding therapists and other team members accountable.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Uphold Standard Physical
Therapy Practice Expectation: As a manager, consistently adhere to
and model the standard practices and policies expected of my team
members, ensuring alignment with company standards and fostering a
culture of accountability and excellence. Demonstrates proficiency
in PT guidelines and addresses outlier cases, optimizing workflows
with an early intervention focus. Fosters teamwork and quality in a
collaborative environment, identifying clinical improvement
opportunities, and holding team accountability to the policies and
procedures of the company. Build relationships with employers,
referrals, and other team leaders, mastering clinical systems for
efficient documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and
driving satisfaction metrics. Provide team lead duties and oversee
the day to day management of the Physical Therapist within your
department. Department sizes range from 4-10 therapists. Lead
monthly Physical Therapy department supervision and mentorship
meetings. Responsible for serving as a liaison between Physical
Therapist within your clinic department and scheduling team
regarding individual therapist scheduling needs, and department
productivity and as needed. Collaborate with the Physical Therapy
Director and Director of Operations to complete annual performance
reviews for PTs, PTAs, ATCs, and techs within the department.
Collaborate with the Director and COO to determine department
hiring needs in order to recruit, interview and hire applicants as
needed. Collaborate with Manager of Operation to manage caseload
requirements. Manage Payroll Processes: Oversee and process
employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with
company policies and relevant regulations. Administer Time Off
Requests: Handle employee vacation and leave requests, maintaining
up-to-date records and ensuring alignment with company policies and
scheduling needs. Any other duties as assigned by management. Job
Qualifications Education Gradate from an accredited program of
Physical Therapy Texas state physical therapy license, interim
permit, or temporary permit. Specific Job Experience Recommended
3-5 years of Physical Therapy experience at TMI Sports Medicine or
another similar entity. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent
leadership, customer service skills and patient care skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, provide feedback, and hold other

maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive, privileged
