be considered. Provide specialized nursing care in a step-down
unit, supporting patients transitioning from intensive care to a
lower level of monitoring. This role requires focused attention to
patient stability, medication administration, and collaboration
with multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery. Location: Dallas,

conditions in the step-down unit Administer medications and
treatments accurately Collaborate with physicians and healthcare

families on health status and post-discharge care Document patient
information and progress thoroughly and timely Qualifications:
Current RN licensure Experience in step-down or progressive care
nursing preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
skills Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
