you will play a crucial role in assisting patients in regaining
their independence and advancing their capabilities after injury,
illness, or due to aging conditions. Our approach entails the
development of individualized therapy plans designed to address
each patient's unique challenges and goals, prioritizing a path to
better health and enhanced day-to-day functioning. Evaluate
patients’ conditions and develop appropriate therapy plans tailored
to individual needs and goals. Implement personalized therapy
interventions aimed at enhancing abilities and facilitating
independence. Educate patients and their families about home safety
and accommodations necessary for the greater independence. Consult
and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure
holistic patient care. Document patients' progress accurately and
timely to maintain records and track patient outcomes. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with
patients and families. Ability to assess patient needs and craft
thoughtful, goal-oriented treatment plans. Expertise in a variety
of therapeutic techniques and equipment usage for treatment.
Capacity to handle emotional and physical demands of a varied
caseload. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid occupational therapist license in the state of
employment. NBCOT certification.
