Job Description:

seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse
(LVN) to provide low-acuity nursing care to adult patients in their
homes. This role requires a professional who is motivated to
deliver patient-centered healthcare with the respect and dignity
our clients deserve. As an LVN at Aveanna Healthcare, you will work
in a supportive environment that values your expertise and
contribution to improving patients' health and wellbeing. Provide
basic medical care including monitoring vital signs, administering
medication, and performing routine procedures according to patient
care plans Assess and record patient conditions and progress while
reporting any changes to the supervising RN or physician Educate
patients and their families on health-related matters based on
their current medical condition Coordinate with healthcare
professionals to ensure optimal patient care is provided Maintain
patient comfort and support their independence and participation in
decision-making regarding their health Excellent patient care and
nursing skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good
problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Proficient in
maintaining comprehensive and accurate records Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid LVN license
in the state of employment CPR certification Driver's license and
reliable transportation as the job involves traveling to patients'
homes
