Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites dedicated respiratory therapy
professionals to join our team as a PRN NICU Respiratory Therapist.
In this role, you will provide critical care to neonates with
respiratory compromises in one of the country's leading health
systems. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused
on delivering exceptional care and improving patient outcomes in a
dynamic and supportive environment. Administer and manage
respiratory care therapies to neonates. Assess, diagnose, and treat
infants with respiratory disorders. Collaborate with healthcare
teams to design and implement respiratory care plans. Monitor
patient's physiological responses to therapy and adjust treatments
accordingly. Document therapy and outcome measurement, ensuring
compliance with medical and hospital regulations. Proficient in
neonatal ventilation and oxygen therapy Ability to assess and
interpret relevant clinical data Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Knowledge of current respiratory care
equipment and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

Therapist (RRT) Active state licensure as a Respiratory Care
