HCA Healthcare, a leader in providing top-quality healthcare services, is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist CRTT (Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician) for PRN (Pro Re Nata or ‘as needed’ basis) positions within our diverse network of hospitals and care centers. This role is crucial in administering respiratory therapy care and life support to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system, under the direction of a physician and by prescription. Assess and treat patients with breathing disorders. Assist with pulmonary function testing. Administer aerosol-based medications. Manage ventilators and artificial airway devices for patients who can't breathe normally on their own. Respond to emergency resuscitation calls. Educate patients and their families about lung health and disease prevention. Ability to perform all therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. Proficiency with respiratory care equipment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) credential. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
