Job Description:

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee the Warranty Department for a large firm in Addison, Texas.Daily requirements will include management of warranty personnel, ensuring timely completion of submitted claims with the manufacturer, customer and vendor account reconciliations, researching and resolving by working internal and external customers on claim matters, general ledger activities, updating documentation and reporting as needed. Additionally, the manager will be required to document current processes and procedures, ensure processes and procedures are updated on an ongoing basis and embraces change to enhance department efficiencies on an ongoing basis. Essential Functions * Manages and mentors the professional development and productivity of staff members* Communicates effectively and efficiently with internal and external customers* Develops, implements, trains and assertively ensures compliance of department policies and procedures* Promote a Continuous Improvement environment by learning and listening to operators and stakeholders and collaborating with other Finance Team members and internal IT community to further drive automation and efficiencies to attain critical strategic initiatives.* Maintains acceptable workflow of phone, email and systems activity* Performs account reconciliations and timely resolution of claims for both customers and manufacturers* Research and resolve discrepancies of escalated opportunitiesWork Experience Requirements * Strong customer service* Associates degree or equivalent experience* 5-10 years of experience in warranty (preferred) or finance with staff management, documentation, and training experience
