However, many of our team members are onsite embedded with our clients supporting strategic and operational business needs.--If you would like to be a part of our team of "A" players, work on what you're good at and what you love and be part of an organization where you have an opportunity to grow your experience and exposure, come join the Directed Action, Inc. journey.--The Opportunity:The Human Resources Coordinator will support the Human Resources team in administrative functions and projects, work independently but foster a team environment, and add value to the Directed Action team.--Primary Duties:The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for onsite support of employees and contractors.----The HR Coordinator may interact with candidates, employees and client as the 1stlevel of support regarding human resources support.----Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesCoordinate onboarding process for new employeesCoordinate Employee Engagement EventsPartner with recruiting department on new requisitions, including the review of job descriptions, salaries, offers and candidate qualificationsPartner with business clients and HR functional specialists to build and execute workforce plan in achievement of overall business strategy, objectives, and goals.Manages offer and pre-employment processesEnter and submit payroll changes such as address changes, tax withholdings, and direct deposit informationMaintain job postings on company website and external sitesCoordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managersMaintain employee directoriesAssist in the preparation and distribution of HR reportsCoordinate special projects being worked on by the HR teamAccurately enter data into HR database; maintain accurate personnel recordsAssist employees with personnel, benefits, and pay issuesAssist with Employee Benefits programs and eventsPrepare, review, organize and distribute a variety of data, information, and reportsMaintain and develop filing system of employment recordsMaintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employmentMaintain confidential personnel files, medical files, and other documentationRespond to verifications of employment and unemployment claimsWork and communicate effectively across HR and the client organization.Assist in building a strong organizational culture.----Job Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration preferred with at least three years of Human Resources experience--Background in recruiting, on-boarding processes, and HR generalist areasMust have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).--Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.--Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.--Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.--Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to take initiative in continuous process improvementBenefitsDirected Action, Inc. offers the following benefits to all full-time employees:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401k Retirement planProfit SharingPaid Time Off (PTO) - 18 Days yearlyPaid Holiday and Bereavement LeaveProfessional Development and Corporate Volunteer Opportunities
