Summary
As a Senior Recruiter, you will perform full lifecycle recruitment for higher-level management, technical and administrative positions throughout the Company. The ideal candidate will be well versed in developing recruiting strategies and partnering with the business and HR, to identify and attract top talent to the organization. The Senior Recruiter will act as a brand ambassador communicating to prospective hires the compelling reasons our client is an employer of choice, while delivering a positive candidate experience. Someone who will be successful in this role processes and relationship-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid/Remote- open to flexible work schedule)

Job Details
Executes recruiting processes and strategies to source talent utilizing multiple channels (internet sourcing, niche sites, networking, cold calling, etc.) and stays current on industry trends, competitors, and recruitment best practices
Coordinates and administers full life cycle recruiting for higher-level management, technical and administrative positions throughout the Company, including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, qualifying, and interviewing. Makes recommendations to hiring manager regarding candidates for further consideration.
Develops and manages Student Programs
Promotes the client's employment value proposition
Leads recruitment programs including on-campus recruitment, job fairs/tradeshows, networking events, social networking, etc.
Establishes strong partnerships with internal customers including but not limited to HR Business Partners, HR Generalists and Hiring Managers to develop recruiting strategies, and coordinates the total recruiting project ensuring timely action, cost-effective strategies, and professional and positive interactions with stakeholders
Interfaces with candidates to ensure they are evaluated appropriately and treated in a consistent, positive, and professional manner
Mentors other Talent Acquisition team members
Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Ability to set aggressive targets and meet them while balancing both business and candidate needs
Ability to execute a recruiting strategy
Proactively build a pipeline of qualified managerial and executive-level candidates
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong working knowledge of social media and web-recruiting techniques to drive talent pipelines
Strong written, verbal presentation, and communication skills
Ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders
Fluent in English and primary language used in the area of responsibility and/or location
Minimum of five years recruiting experience, corporate recruiting experience is preferred
Experience in recruiting for management, executive, corporate and technical roles preferred
