Job descriptionTo qualify for this position, candidates must
meet or exceed the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or business-related
field.
- Minimum of two to five (2-5) years of previous HR Generalist or
HR Specialist experience (Required).
- Ability to speak, read and write Korean/English
(Required).
- Previous experience processing payroll (Required).
- Previous Human Capital Management (HCM) system experience
(Required).
- Experience using Zenefits software (Highly Preferred)
- Previous experience working with employee benefits
(Required)SUMMARY:The Human Resources Generalist will be expected
to align business objectives with employees and management.
Responsible for the development, implementation and administration
of human resources programs, policies, processes and procedures
designed to attract, retain and reward employees globally in
alignment with overall business strategy.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process biweekly payroll and ensure all information submitted
is correct and in accordance with applicable laws.
- Manage time off requests and timeclock punches, working with
supervisors to approve time and correct errors.
- Administer employee benefit plans including enrollment and
terminations.
- Act as liaison between employees and insurance providers to
resolve benefits-related problems and ensure effective utilization
of plans and positive employee relations.
- Process monthly billings from insurance providers. Review
billings for accuracy. Resolve discrepancies with carriers.
- Coordinate and assist with ACA reporting requirements.
- Administer the onboarding/orientation process for new employees
to provide an understanding of the company's policies and
procedures.
- Assist with recruiting duties. Interview and evaluate
candidates for selected positions.
- Work directly with temporary agencies on staffing needs for
temporary job placements companywide.
- Coordinate and conduct exit interviews and provide feedback as
appropriate.
- Manage cleaning operations, managing the contingent workforce,
ensuring all facilities are cleaned daily based established
expectations and regulations.
- Assist with general & administrative matters such as company
car usage, corporate apartment set-up and close-outs, etc.MINIMUM
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience processing payroll required
- Previous experience working with employee benefits

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Must possess strong organizational and communication
skills
- Must possess excellent analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
with strict deadlines
- Must be able to display relationship management and cultural
awareness skills
- Must be willing to abide by Cosmax NBT USA's policies and
procedures, including those that are safety-related.
- Demonstrates a professional, team first attitude toward work
and co-workers.
- Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking
English.

physical activities are required for this position. Able to
tolerate working environment with inside hot and cold
temperatures.PHYSICAL DEMANDSActivities include: ability to reach
overhead, squat, and bend at the waist; the ability to lift up to
50 pounds or more; ability to climb up and down stairs throughout a
shift; tolerance of standing posture continuously during shift;
intense walking is involved. Dexterity for manipulating work
materials; repetitive motion; proficiency in reading, writing and
speaking English. Ability to respond to safety signals, such as
