WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
USA Job Function Description: Develops, configures, supports and
maintains the HR information systems. Analyzes business
requirements and develops or modifies programs to ensure the
effective storage, retrieval and reporting of employee data.
Ensures integrity of HR databases and provides HRIS systems support
to end-users. Prepares and/or supervises the production of HRIS
reports and subsequent data analysis.
Essential Functions/Responsibilty Statements:
Acts as subject matter expert providing functional and technical
guidance to team.
Provides expert consulting, HRIS program and policy design, and
identification of best practices of the HRIS function.
Provides support by researching and resolving complex issues, which
includes reviewing and testing process flaws, and developing
complex reports to support business needs.
Documents and maintains all system configurations, procedures, user
documentation and system updates.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Work Experience: 5-9 years ; Experience implementing, developing
and managing HR Systems.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication and customer service skills focusing on
resolving end users issues quickly and accurately.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of
integrity and confidentiality.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and define
how the HRIS and HR processes meet business needs
Understanding of Oracle Fusion and Taleo.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work
collaboratively on a team.
Exemplary critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the
ability to find solution efficiently and quickly.
Progressive initiative with the ability to work independently with
minimal supervision.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as
sitting, standing and walking. Occassional moving and lifting
equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite
meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to
fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
