This position is responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring multiple development teams in a commercial software development organization. Successful candidates will have a strong sense of urgency and ownership while working collaboratively with both internal and client-facing technical people.Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Act as a servant-leader to core team members with regards to all aspects of the Agile/ Scrum framework
• Facilitate Scrum Events supporting Agile teams
• Mentor and coach all aspects of Agile/Scrum methodologies with team members and stakeholders
• Continually evaluate the team Agile process capabilities
• Coach/implement process improvements in a constructive and collaborative manner
• Work collaboratively with other Scrum teams and Development Managers to support the full software delivery life cycle
• Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution with team members to ensure consistent improvement
• Help Scrum teams to avoid/remove internal or external impediments
• Ability to apply Scrum estimation techniques/strategies to development efforts
• Must have strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, people and team building skills should be second nature
• Other duties as assignedQualifications

    • Understanding of mobile/web application development and architecture
