Population Health Management involves the aggregation and analysis of patient data from multiple sources. By providing caregivers with this data we enable them to make informed decisions on how to improve both clinical and financial outcomes. Our population health solutions help caregivers to engage patients, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of care.
We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to join our Population Health application development team. In this role, you will design, execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and web applications. This includes configuring, coding, developing, and documenting specifications throughout the software development life cycle.The successful candidate will have experience working on and supporting modern SaaS/Cloud applications and a deep understanding of all web application layers. Including frontend UI development using a JavaScript framework such as Angular, Vue, React. Experience with SQL database programming and modern development practices including Agile and CI/CD.
Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with analysts and designers in the development and initiation of new software programs and applications.
• Develop an awareness of programming and design alternatives. Take an active role in cross-departmental projects when needed
• Direct research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts
• Develop software applications according to specifications
• Perform Code Reviews and Design Reviews
• Assist team members to plan and execute tasks and provide implementation feedback
• Support Quality software development by identifying areas for improvement
• Write automated tests including unit test and integration tests where applicable
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with other software engineers to resolve product defects
• Research, document, and implement program requirements and specifications
• Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications
• This role may have potential responsibility for SOC-II Controls
• This role may require knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
• This role may have access to sensitive data including PII and ePHI
  Education:Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) Required, Field of Study: Computer Science or related field
    Experience:Required:
    • 4 plus years of experience in software development, web application development, or similar experience
    • Expertise in frontend development with modern Javascript frameworks, ideally Vue
    • Expertise working with relational and NoSQL databases
    • Expertise in software development using Java
    • Working knowledge of developing and deploying applications using AWS services
    • Working knowledge of continuous integration & continuous delivery pipeline
    • Working knowledge in HTML5 and CSS3 development
    • Working knowledge in application performance analysis and tuning
    • Experience working in an Agile environment on a Scrum development team
