Job Description:
An educational technology company has a current position open
for a Remote Educational Technology Sales Trainer II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Provide 'voice-over' training videos and rich media training
content
Help to develop and execute on training (onboarding and ongoing
skills development) roadmap
Collaborate with Sales Leaders and individuals to drive awareness
of training initiatives
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
Minimum three years of work experience in training/development or
sales, or
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to guide and Validate PMM, PM and Marketing Assets
Ability to deliver coaching and feedback to new sellers in
onboarding
Ability to evaluate effectiveness of training/development
programs
