Roles & Responsibilities-

Understand customer's IT estate, LOB applications, IT and business priorities and success measures to design implementation architectures and cloud-native solutions.

- Collaborate with network, security, AD, backup, tools, and application architects and SMEs to develop enterprise-grade solutions.

- Develop deep relationships with key customer IT decision-makers.

- Define long-term cloud strategy and mentor operations teams to implement the solutions.

- Keep up to date with market trends and competitive insights and maintain technical skills and knowledge.

- Advocate new features and solutions to bring operational efficiency and cost reduction.

- Act as a subject-matter expert on Microsoft Azure and assist Sales/Pre-Sales in RFP activities.

Requirements-

Subject matter level expertise on Azure Governance & Cost Management, Azure Network & Security, Azure Active Directory, Compute & Storage, Backup & DR, and Monitoring.

- Extensive experience in conducting design workshops and documentation of HLD (High Level Design) documents.

- Rich experience in Migration projects and hands-on experience with ASR/Azure Migrate.

- Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., BICEP, Terraform, Ansible) and automation tools for deployment and management of cloud infrastructure.

- Experience in PaaS services and Containers

- Experience with other cloud providers (AWS, GCP) for hybrid or multi-cloud strategies.

- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001).

- Experience with cost optimization techniques

- Skills in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives and growing data services in large or highly strategic accounts.

- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (Senior Executives, IT management, and developers). (1.) Creation of solution and architectural views (logical- conceptual- development- execution- infrastructure & operations architecture) (2.) To assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application portfolio optimization for gap analysis (3.) To contribute towards white/technical papers and knowledge base (4.)To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new and emerging products/technologies (5.) To manage Non Functional Requirement adaption for the solution (6.) To study and define system requirements addressing stake holder portfolio concerns

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
