Job Description:

Provide operational support for the Trouble Management, Inventory, and 911 environments, including, but not limited to, patch management and proactive platform management.? Provide chronic issue management.? Provide scheduled maintenance.? Maintain compliance with Trouble Management, Inventory, and 911 application systems administration of best practices.? Propose and implement system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the systems managed by the candidate.? Install new applications and platforms into the environment.? Good communication skills when working with other organizations.? Must have an understanding of JAVA code? Familiar with troubleshooting issues associated with automated applications.? **Must be available for after-hours maintenance and support.
