This role is pivotal for maintaining the security and safety protocols of our clients, employing a combination of security knowledge and advanced technology to proactively manage potential threats. Based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, our mission is to integrate highly skilled professionals like yourself with advanced technologies to form a resilient security posture. Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. Thoroughly examine entry points to ensure security standards are met. Manage access for employees, visitors, and external contractors. Conduct security checks over specified areas. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas. Report irregularities, inform violators of policy and procedures, and restrain trespassers when necessary. Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders during incidents. Write comprehensive reports outlining observations and activities during the assigned shift. Proficient in physical security operations and surveillance systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively. Familiarity with reporting and emergency response planning. Medical Insurance 401k Must possess a valid Security Officer Cleared certification. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Completion of any state-mandated training or other qualifications for licensing.
