variety of specialty areas? Come join us! The Cybersecurity Analyst
III will lead efforts in identifying, evaluating, and remediating
complex cyber threats. This senior-level role involves proactive
monitoring, detailed analysis, and escalation of potential security
events. The Analyst III will also partner with business users to
integrate advanced cybersecurity protections and will play a key
role in incident response and mentorship of junior analysts. The
ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and
Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is
a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for
innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Its
end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and
Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities
encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight
training and complete logistics support. IAS tailors solutions to
customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs
to consistently exceed expectations – with an unrivaled record of
on time and on (or under) budget deliveries. Responsibilities: Lead
and conduct comprehensive analysis of network traffic, security
events, and alerts. Develop and implement advanced security
measures and policies. Perform advanced threat hunting and
vulnerability management. Manage and lead in-depth investigations
of complex security incidents. Collaborate with IT and business
teams to integrate and enhance security protocols. Oversee regular
vulnerability assessments and penetration tests. Mentor and train
junior analysts and staff on cybersecurity best practices. Create
detailed reports and documentation for management. Lead
cybersecurity awareness and training programs. Qualifications You
Must Have: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 5 years of
experience in a related role. Relevant experience can be considered
as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the
absence of a degree, a minimum of 9 years of related experience is
required. Higher level relevant degree may substitute for
experience. Extensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and
practices. Experience with advanced network security, threat
analysis, and incident response. Experience supporting,
troubleshooting, and administering a variety of networks, Operating
Systems (OSs), and applications. Strong knowledge and experience
administering a variety of current Microsoft platforms. Knowledge
of data security administration principles, methods, and
techniques. Familiarity with domain structures, user
authentication, and digital signatures. Ability to obtain/maintain
a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required Qualifications We
Prefer: Advanced certifications such as Certified Information
Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information
Security Manager (CISM), or similar. Hands-on experience with
advanced cybersecurity tools like Security Information and Event
Management (SIEM), Intrusion Detection System (IDS)/Intrusion
Prevention System (IPS), and endpoint protection solutions. Proven
track record in threat hunting and vulnerability management. Strong
leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret security and technical documentation.
Proven track record of maintaining the confidentiality of
high-sensitivity projects and data. Ability to perform
critical-incident response. Essential Functions: Ability to work in
an office or hybrid environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a
desk and working on a computer. May require occasional lifting of
up to 20 pounds. Ability to travel as needed. This posting will be
