A company is looking for a Worker's Compensation Attorney in
Maryland.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing
skills
Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and handle a high volume of
cases
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Required Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in MD; admission in DC, PA, or DE is a
plus
2+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense law
Strong understanding of MD workers' compensation laws and
regulations
Experience with employer liability claims is a plus
