Dallas | Hybrid AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Finance & Restructuring Associate Attorney to join its Finance & Restructuring group in Dallas. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with three to five years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm. The role offers exposure to a broad range of complex finance transactions, including senior and mezzanine debt, asset-based lending, cash flow and sponsor finance, unitranche and junior capital transactions, as well as related workout matters. The Role • Represent lenders and borrowers in corporate finance transactions • Advise on senior and mezzanine debt, asset-based lending, and cash flow facilities • Handle sponsor finance, unitranche, and junior capital transactions • Assist with restructuring and workout matters • Work within a nationally recognized finance platform handling sophisticated transactions Ideal Background • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school • 3–5 years of corporate finance transactional experience at a large law firm • Experience with senior and mezzanine debt, asset-based lending, and sponsor finance • Strong communication and writing skills • Top academic credentials • Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions • Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission Why This Opportunity • AmLaw 100 finance and restructuring platform • Broad exposure to complex, high-value finance transactions • Sophisticated lender and borrower-side work • Hybrid flexibility in Dallas • Market-leading compensation Compensation: $250,000–$345,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications) Confidential Inquiries Additional details available in a confidential discussion.
