PREMIER'S growth and expansion of services has created the need for the position of Territory Account Executive located in North Texas.Position Summary: The Business Development Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales profitability objectives from new clients or accounts. This position will identify opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, develop proposals, and manage the contract process.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned industry and accountsGain organizational understanding of target OEM's to include team member contacts such as: Regional Sales Directors, Sales Managers, Account Executives, Inside Sales Representatives, Sales Engineers, Service Sales Representatives and Inside Service representativesConduct multi-touch outreach process to uncover new opportunities across services portfolio of PREMIER.Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsorso----Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectivesUncover and participate in customer territory team events, team meetings and quarterly business reviews.Move opportunities through pipeline to closure.o----Effectively--communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsOngoing monitoring of customer satisfactionSeek referrals to customer peers, project renewals and future engagements.Provide inputs to PREMIER Marketing for quarterly newsletter; highlighting successes of applicable PREMIER OEM partnerships.Use Microsoft CRM Dynamics to effective capture accounts, contacts and opportunities. Leverage CRM as communication medium.Perform team collaboration with Project Management Office on won deals to kickoff successful service completion.Approximately 25% Travel.Skills and Specifications Required:?Successful sale track record in services sales to include new opportunity creation and successful closure.Experienced in sales CRM to track opportunities, accounts and contacts. Leveraged CRM for communication.Outstanding written and verbal communication skillsCan work in fast paced environment.Enterprising individual with good people skills.Intelligent, independent, assertive, self-starter.Balances intuition and analysis to make timely decisions.Knowledge in IT services space and experience working with DELL, HP or reseller is a plusSelf-learner; quick learnerPassionate, but does not let emotions detract from sellingComfortable presenting in front of groups up to 50-100 people, including executives.Excellent listening skillsIndustry contacts preferredBachelors or advanced degree in business, marketing or relevant field
